Sep 18, 2016 My problem is that my torrents stopped downloading and uploading, up correctly but suddenly am getting 0 upload and 0 download speeds. The torrent that is being downloaded has a lot of seeders. link for will see my open bittorrent on my laptop with a the download and upload speed.
